Purchase Terms and Condition



New Accounts:

  • Minimum opening order for new accounts is $300.00 net cost.
  • Re-orders must have a minimum order value of $100.00 net cost.
  • Account inactive for an 18 months period will be closed. Re-activating an account will be subject to the above conditions.

Ordering:

  • Orders can be made through phone, fax, email or our online catalog.
  • Please specify the exact style number, quantity, colors, and sizes.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Availability of product is not guaranteed until order confirmed.

Shipping:

  • In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days.
  • All shipping charges (freight, insurance, sales tax), and additional surcharges, custom duties, and tariffs, are to be covered by the purchaser.
  • Canadian orders are shipped via CANPAR Ground unless otherwise requested.
  • Orders for US customers are shipped via Fedex Ground or USPS / Canada Post.

Terms:

  • We only accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, certified checks, or COD cash on initial orders.
  • Any refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge plus all shipping costs incurred. Future shipments will then be on pre-paid basis.

Returns / Claims:

  • All claims must be made within ten (10) days of shipment receipt.
  • Factory defective items can be exchanged for the same item only.
  • All returns are subject to company approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned merchandise that has been used, altered, ticketed, or exceeds the 10 days policy will not be processed for replacement or credit. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.
  • Any merchandise sent back to Macy Fair Inc. that is not damaged or defective is subject to a 25% restocking charge plus all shipping costs incurred.
